I’m back!

After a serious amount of soul searching — I’ve decided to return to this blog site!
What to expect moving forward?  More of ME!

 

I’m excited to talk about what’s happening in my world!

 

Let’s start here — It’s been 2 years since I ran my very first marathon!  I can’t believe it’s been so long!

 

Since then, Hubby and I have done Crossfit 3-4 times per week pretty much every week the gym is open!   We’ve also started working with a nutritionist and eating better — with an overall goal of health and strength and a superficial goal of losing weight and looking good naked ;-D.
